Cape Upstart property has over 12 km of graded roads. There is electric power to the homestead, as well as a fresh water spring- fed catchment, two reservoirs and a gravity fed water system. There are sixteen 8,000 gallon holding tanks and 2 miles of water conduit.
There is also a caravan park site with shower and toilet block and a rodeo ground.
The rugged headland backdrop at the top of the peninsula belongs to Cape Upstart National Park. It is inaccessable by road and sees only a few visitors by boat. This wonderful neighbor only enhances the sense of privacy and seclusion. Our 7 kilometers of freehold, non-tidal sandy beach is the largest of it's kind between the Whitsundays and Cairns
